5. Fantasy Sports Competitions

By taking part in fantasy sports competitions on FantasyJungli, you agree to follow the rules and scoring systems set forth on the platform. FantasyJungli reserves the right to alter, pause, or cancel any contest at its discretion. All results and decisions made by FantasyJungli are final and binding.

6. Financial Responsibility

Certain contests on FantasyJungli may require an entry fee. By entering these contests, you agree to pay the applicable fees for participation. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Restricted States for Fantasy Sports Participation

In accordance with local laws and regulations, residents of the following states in India are not permitted to participate in paid fantasy sports contests on FantasyJungli:

• Andhra Pradesh
• Assam
• Odisha
• Telangana
• Nagaland
• Sikkim

If you live in one of these states, you are only eligible to participate in free-to-play contests. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with local laws before taking part in any contests on our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the FantasyJungli platform are owned by FantasyJungli or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any of this content without explicit written consent.

9. Termination of Account

FantasyJungli reserves the right to suspend or deactivate your account if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any behavior we consider harmful or inappropriate. Once your account is terminated, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The FantasyJungli platform is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, secure, or devoid of viruses or other harmful elements. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
